One item, two jobs
Most conference lanyards are binned on the way out. A split ring changes that: keys, a fob or an access card go on it and the lanyard keeps getting used long after the event, with your logo still on it. If you are measuring brand exposure per dollar rather than cost per unit, this is one of the cheapest upgrades available.
Sewn metal split rings
Look for a sewn metal split ring rather than a molded plastic loop. Keys are heavy and swing; a plastic loop eventually fatigues and opens. A sewn metal ring will not.
